Service rating : Service is always excellent. Flowers arrive on time and are very reliable. Product : Red Tulips arrived on time and in good condition, but weren’t straight. They looked like they all grew in one direction and so the stems were C-shaped. This made them look weirdly drooped in a vase, such that all the flowers pointed down at the floor. Kind of depressing for Mother’s Day. Read online that you could straighten tulips by wrapping them tightly in newspaper and leaving them in water for 4 hours, which worked! Photo attached. I had ordered a purple tulip bouquet from FFE last Mother’s Day and they were perfect. Photo attached with them in the same vase.
